Before the Fear Of Missing Out (FOMO) really sets in, we’re writing to make you aware of all the services you’re entitled to - and how we can do more without you having to pay more.

So, what’s included?

1. Access to the WEBPRO Mortgage team five days per week – have you got a question? Our team are available. Just give us a call on 033 33 447 300! Don’t forget to stay connected, especially if you want to get more from your website. With our additional marketing services, your website can become a source of income rather than an ongoing cost.

2. Updating website pages and information – new staff member needs a profile? A fantastic review just came in? Or want to add in some specific content? Our support team are on hand Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm to assist with these changes - and it’s all included in your monthly fee! Just give us a call or email your changes to [email protected].

3. Should you find a bug – just report it to the WEBPRO Mortgage support team and we will take care of it.

1. Backup and security – the team are always working behind the scenes to maintain your website’s security against continuous threats and hacks. You can count on us 24/7 to maintain your website’s cybersecurity!

2. Compliance – if new content is added or your annual review is due, the team at WEBPRO Mortgage will deal with the compliance team to keep the right boxes ticked.

3. Website hosting and your domain administration – your website hosting is part and parcel of your contract. Your domain admin might be included as well, if you have elected to have us administer it for you. If you need to make any domain changes, for example to set up a new email service, just email the WEBPRO Mortgage support team and we’ll get cracking.
